  REORG TABLESPACE SHRLEVEL CHANGE DISCARD WHEN utility running
  concurrently with SQL UPDATE operations on records that fit
  the DISCARD criteria encounter a RC8 and message DSNU1127I. To
  resolve this issue, customers want a way to identify which
  update causes the conflict so they can adjust their DISCARD
  criteria and rerun REORG successfully.
  
  The current behavior functions as designed, but does not
  provide enough diagnostic detail to simplify troubleshooting.
  Providing the RBA/LRSN and RID in MSGDSNU1127I reduces the
  need for dump analysis and gives customers immediate
  visibility into the conflicting update.
