Error description

• Copying from RECFM=VB to RECFM=F,LRECL=nnnn and a record size
  exceeding nnnn caused buffer overflow (S0C4).   This should have
  returned an SVSJ033I .
  

Local fix

• Use LRECL on output that is sufficient.
