Error description

• The abendS0C1 was caused by a storage overlay which might occur
  as a result of any of the following commands:
  - Refresh OTMA Routing Rules
  - Refresh ODBM Routing Rules
  - Refresh IP Address Rules

Problem conclusion

• The buffer pointer arithmetic error causing the overlay is
  correct.
