  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 2:
  PH62598 z/OS Connect reports a
          sun.reflect.Reflection.getCallerClass warning with Java
          11 and later.
  
  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 3:
  PH63192 The -existence field for optional objects and parameters
          is ignored.
  PH63194 The -existence field for optional objects, with members
          that have default values, is ignored.
  PH63218 If BAQURI or BAQPORT are not specified in the API
          requester job's CEEOPTS, message BAQH4004E is reported.
  
  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 2 and OpenAPI 3:
  PH63141 BAQ-ZCON-RETURN-MESSAGE-LEN is set to zero for some
          error messages.
  
  This APAR delivers the following new OpenAPI 3 function:
  - z/OS Connect supports the additionalProperty flag in the
    request and response schemas for API requester.
  - z/OS Connect supports the RESTful API PATCH method using
    RFC6902 or RFC7396.
