Error description

• GEN with 'Generate catalog stats' option fails with SQLCODE =
  -304 if SYSINDEXSPACESTATS or SYSTABLESPACESTATS tables have
  values in BIGINT columns (changed from INTEGER in Db2 V13) that
  are out of range for INTEGER type.

  As part of the V13R1M501 Db2 catalog change, some columns in
  tables SYSINDEXSPACESTATS and SYSTABLESPACESTATS increased
  in size. GEN fails while generating catalog statistics for
  table spaces or indexes if statistics tables have values that
  are out of range for their old column types.
  

Problem conclusion

• The problem has been resolved.
