Error description

• Option 3.7 - 'Change the DB2 Administration Tool SQL PA
  parameters' doesn't work for screen resolution 24x80
  

Local fix

• Change the 3270 emulator's screen resolution to something other
  than 24x80 (IE. 32x80 -or- 43x80 -or- greater)
