  0C4 abend in bboorklt
  com/ibm/ws390/interrupt/RoadKillCppUtilities.timeoutOnMatch
  at offset 0x11E because the tcb passed to the routine does
  not have a btcb. STCBBCBA is zero.
  The TCB that road kill was trying to process seems to be on
  its way down.  Stcbbcba in the tcb's stcb is zero.
  The TCBID field has TCBD instead of the normal TCB.
  

Problem conclusion

• Updated the code to handle STCBBCBA being zero.
  
  The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
