* PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: JCL Template support for Instance       *
*                      provisioning and deprovisioning jobs.   *

As part of PH63932 support in Db2 DevOps Experience was added
to convert instance provisioning and de-provisioning
jobs to a JCL template, along with the ability to put additional
Db2 Admin and Object Compare parameters into JCL templates.
