PH63923: CM BATCH GENERATED WSL FAILS ON EXECUTION WITH ADBC0001I/ADBC199E THAT COULD HAVE BEEN CAUGHT AT WSL CREATION TIME

Error description

• User ran a CM batch job to create a WSL and then when running
  the WSL, a failure occurs with messages:
  ADBC0001I Alter for table RXE.TRXE_REQUEST_EXECUTION
  Format spanned and data conversion requested, but this
  combination is not supported
  ADBC199E Internal error. Unable to continue
  that could have been caught when running the CM batch job to
  create the WSL.

  *                      and ADBC199E. These errors could have   *
  *                      been caught when the WSL was created.   *
  ****************************************************************
  When using CM batch to execute a WSL, the user receives an error
  that the ADB27AC conversion module cannot handle processing when
  the DATACONVERSION YES and SPANNED YES states are both on. This
  condition could have been caught when the WSL was created and
  generated an error, which would help the user solve the
  condition earlier.
  The following new message will be issued during WSL creation
  if this condition exists:
  
  ADBB208E 'JOB TERMINATED: DATACONVERSION YES AND SPANNED YES IS
  NOT SUPPORTED WITH ADB27AC CONVERSION MODULE.
