Error description

• Enhanced restrictions on renaming tables, disallowing
  modifications to the table name, schema name, database, and
  tablespace. We have now updated the logic to permit
  modifications to the Database or Tablespace name when the
  Instance and Application Subsystem differ. The specified
  Database or Tablespace must exist in the Instance and the Source
  and Target Subsystems
