PH63908: UMS CANNOT USE PORT RMI SERVER

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• UMS startup script incorrectly specified the port value from
  components.izp.server.port.agent, and so the port specified in
  the ZWEYAML parmlib member was not honored. UMS would open a
  random port if the default port was not available, resulting in
  message:
  "Cannot create serverSocket in port range 3445-3455, using
  anonymous port"
