Error description

• The Build Client check report indicates that there are missing
  map files for BMS files if the map set name is not specified.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

• For BMS maps used in COBOL without specifying the map-set name,
  we correctly save the CICS commands in the database by using the
  map name as the mapset name too, but 'Check project' did not
  match these calls with map entries in BMS files having same name
  for maps and mapsets.
  

Problem conclusion

• Code was modified so that "Check project" to match a CICS
  command having no mapset specified with the mapsets having same
  name as the maps inside the BMS files.
