  Improvements and bug fixes to general install and configuration
  of Unified Management Server:
  - UMS configuration validation that runs at UMS start up
  - Improvements to checking job completion status when job is
    routed to another JESPLEX within the same SYSPLEX
  - Updates for Zowe v3.0 compatibility
  - 64 bit support for ZSS plugins
  
  For IMS Administration Foundation:
  - The following new features are provided by this maintenance:
    - Adding a new tab "Catalog query" to the IMS data sharing
      group dashboard to provide capability of managing IMS SQL
      statement samples for public use and storing individual
      users private favorite catalog query SQL statements for
      repetitive use.
    - Adding "Translate to DL/I calls" button to the IMS SQL
      Processor so that the user can verify how an input IMS SQL
      Statement will be translated to DL/I calls by IMS.
    - Supporting manual configuration of ports to be used for
      IMS SQL processor and command processor. This feature is
      for those users who are using VIPA or DVIPA ports to
      access IMS Connect server ports.
    - Allowing override of the authentication option for an IMS
      Connect server that is selected for IMS SQL processor.
      This capability is mainly for those uses who are using
      IBM IMS Connect Extensions for z/OS.
  - The following issues have been fixed by this maintenance:
    - The IMS online resource discovery (IZPSIQR0) job in the IMS
      object discovery process terminates with a return code of 8
      and the object discovery process fails with an error
      message of IZPMS0006E. The joblog of the failing IZPSIQR0
      job includes the error message "DFSURDD0 ended with rc=28".
    - An abend S0C4 can occur in an IMS discovery task running
      the Zowe Cross-Memory server's auxiliary address space when
      the user tries to register an IMS subsystem during the IMS
      data sharing group registration. The issue can occur only
      when IMS Administration Tool integration is enabled.
    - The access method field is not displayed for HALDB
      databases in the DBD list of various IMS dashboards.
    - The IMS subsystem registration API accepts an invalid value
      specified as an IMSPlex name.
