  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: An enhancement to the COPY utility      *
  *                      when creating a full or incremental     *
  *                      sequential image copy on function       *
  *                      level V13R1M500 (function level 500 -   *
  *                      FL500) or higher.                       *
  *                                                              *
  *                      Portions of certain specific COPY       *
  *                      utility processes are now authorized    *
  *                      and eligible for dispatching to IBM z   *
  *                      Integrated Information Processor        *
  *                      (zIIP).                                 *
  ****************************************************************
  For sequential image copies, COPY is enhanced on FL500 or
  higher to automatically detect if zIIP processor(s) exist,
  allowing certain specific processes to be authorized and
  eligible for dispatching to zIIP.

• The PTF for APAR PH63832 adds zIIP enablement for the
  creation of sequential image copies by COPY.
  
  On FL500 or higher, if one or more zIIPs are installed, this
  may reduce CPU time during the COPYR subphase.
