PH63806: EXPLAIN ISSUE USING ADMIN TOOL FOR DB2

Error description

• EXPLAIN tables are created under SQL authorization ID that is
  not set currently.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: EXPLAIN tables are created under an     *
  *                      SQL authorization ID that is not the    *
  *                      current SQLID.                          *
  ****************************************************************
  After the Db2 authorization ID is updated by the primary command
  '+SET CURRENT SQLID = <Auth ID>', Db2 Admin Tool performs
  EXPLAIN maintenance under the previously saved ID, not the newly
  set <Auth ID> value.
  
  This APAR fixes this problem and related issues by making the
  following changes:
  - On the ADB2EMO panel (Options for creating EXPLAIN tables),
    the input field Owner is renamed to Authid.
  - Db2 Admin Tool uses blank as the value of AUTHID parameter
    for the ADMIN_EXPLAIN_MAINT stored procedure unless the Authid
    input field on ADB2EMO is specified.
  - The result of the primary command
    '+SET SCHEMA = <SCHEMA NAME>'
    is reflected on the ADB2EM1 panel.
  - On the ADB2EM1 panel, the Owner field value is set from
    SYSTABLES.OWNER.  Before this fix, the Owner field was set
    from SYSTABLES.CREATEDBY.
