  A new keyword READ-IMS-DIRECTORY-STAG is provided for
  IMSDBREFRESH command to read the IMS directory staging data set.

  Also, a new keyword READ_IMS_DIRECTORY_STAG is provided for the
  DB_COPY_OPTIONS section in the GCLINI member of the SGCLPARM
  library. The READ-IMS-DIRECTORY-STAG keyword specified in the
  GCLIN control statement can override the value of the
  READ_IMS_DIRECTORY_STAG keyword in the GCLINI member.
