  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 2:
  PH60701 BAQ-STATUS-CODE 400 is returned because a floating point
          field is used in place of a decimal field.
  
  This APAR delivers the following fixes for z/OS Connect
  OpenAPI 3:
  PH63122 When an array index is specified in z/OS Connect
          Designer response condition mapping, reloading loses the
          array index.
  PH63390 NullPointerException when writing an SMF 123 subtype 1
          version 2 record for early failure with an OpenAPI 3
          server.
  PH63483 Unnecessary FFDC records are generated with the
          zosconnect:ims-1.0 feature.
  
  This APAR delivers the following new OpenAPI 2 and OpenAPI 3
  function:
  -IBM z/OS Connect has been updated with API requester
   configuration to enable caching of access tokens obtained from
   an authentication server that are not of type JWT and JWS.
  
  This APAR delivers the following new OpenAPI 3 function:
  -IBM z/OS Connect has been updated with the IMS ping feature
   that can be added to the server configuration file to test
   whether an IMS Connect instance is available.

Problem conclusion

• Applying the PTF for this APAR will change the z/OS Connect
  level to V3.0.86.0 as reported in the log:
