Error description

• OPC events for dynamically scheduled applications are lost when
  different instances of the same application finish almost
  at the same time. Overflows can occur in the Z/OS SYSTEM (MVS)
  and DB2 components. Purge definition for NW_FTP_REQUEST_T is not
  processed during Reorg/Discard.

  2. Overflows are occurring in DB2_ACCUMAC, MVS_PRINTER_D, and
  MVS_PRINTER_M when values exceed the limit.
  3. Purge definition syntax for NW_FTP_REQUEST_T is not
  supported by Db2.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. JOB_NAME has been added to the primary key for table
  OPC_OPER_EVENT_T as it serves as the key differentiator
  between two application events that are executing different
  jobs under the same OPERATION_NUMBER simultaneously.
  2. Column type for ACCUMAC_COUNT in DB2_ACCUMAC has been set
  to INTEGER, and column types for LINES_PRINTED in
  MVS_PRINTER_D, and MVS_PRINTER_M have been set to FLOAT to
  allow higher values.
  3. Purge definition syntax for NW_FTP_REQUEST_T has been
  updated.
