  1- When running in proxy mode, Q Capture failed to select from
  Db2 sysibm.sysfields
  2- The counter is not correctly incremented and formatted.
  3- CAPPARMS table support for IFI_CDDS_MODE_SOURCE parameter is
  needed, not only from run time parameter.
  4- Apply failed with an SQLCODE -551 when a Full-Refresh is
  needed. The message shows that lack of ALTER privilege for the
  table causes the -551.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1- Q Capture fixed the problem by changing the declaration of
  remoteLoc from a pointer to character string.
  2- Fixed the processing for the counters.
  3- Capture program is changed to read IFI_CDDS_MODE_SOURCE
  parameter from CAPPARMS table and run time paramter.
  4- In order to avoid that the Truncate SQL statement getting
  SQLCODE -551, the RESTRICT WHEN DELETE TRIGGERS be explicitly
  specified in the Truncate (example: TRUNCATE xxx.T1COPY
  RESTRICT WHEN DELETE TRIGGERS ).
  ASNCLP was not updated.
