PH63654: REMOVE USELESS CALL TO SYSPROC.ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM WHEN DB2 V13 AT FUNCTION LEVEL PRIOR TO V13R1M501 AND VUU100/ENBHIST SET TO AS

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• When the VUU100/ENBHIST parmlib parameter is set to
  AS_DB2_ZPARM, an unload run against a Db2 V13 subsystem calls
  the SYSPROC.ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM Db2 stored procedure to determine
  the value of the UTILITY_HISTORY Db2 parmlib parameter even
  though the Db2 function level is prior to FL501 before which the
  related feature is not available. In such a case, Db2 HPU should
  disable the utility history collection feature and avoid the
  useless call of SYSPROC.ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM and the related
  superfluous system requirements (SYSPROC.ADMIN_INFO_SYSPARM must
  be installed and Db2 privileges must be given to the userid that
  calls the procedure).
