Error description

• If a new structure is connected to while a connect request is
  deferred, then the new connection can take the deferred
  connection's slot in the CTA. In this case, the QMGR
  successfully connected to structure B while the reconnection
  request to structure A was deferred. When the deferred
  reconnection request awoke and tried to reconnect, it abended
  S5C6-00C5101D in CSQEROUT due to failing a consistency check.

  Following an unsuccessful attempt to connect to an application
  structure, the queue manager automatically attempts to reconnect
  to the structure in response to an ENF35 notification, but can
  defer the reconnection attempt. While a connection attempt is
  deferred, the structure can be deleted, and another structure
  created, reusing the old structure's position in the ECTA. When
  the deferred connection was subsequently attempted, the
  5C6-00C5101D abend occurred due to the the reuse of the ECTA
  entry having cleared expected values.
  

Problem conclusion

• When an application structure is deleted, any deferred
  connection requests are canceled prior to the ECTA entry being
  made eligible for reuse.
