Error description

• izp-configure.sh sets the value zssThroughHttps based on are
  components.zss.agent.http.attls and components. zss.tls, but
  there is not a fallback if these parameters are not present. An
  empty string which is invalid. The result is an error such as:
  
  IZPSV0009E - IBM Unified Management Server is being shut down,
  reason 'Failed to read YAML file ', received error: argument
  type mismatch.
