    ****************************************************************
When multiple threads are trying to invoke a EJB call, it leads
    to
a Memory Leak in RouterMediator class. The issue happens because
the RouterMediator class keeps a track of outstanding calls as a
map in a load manager, and one of the parameters used in the key
for map is thread id. When number of threads increases, it
gradually increases the size of map, which ultimately causes the
    memory leak.

Problem conclusion

  • This is fixed by clearing the map, if there is no outstanding
calls remaining. This feature is available only when we enable
    com.ibm.wlm.cleanOutstandingMap in system propertiess. By
default the value for this argument is false.

The fix for this APAR is targeted for inclusion in fix pack
8.5.5.28 and 9.0.5.24. For more information, see
