  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The multi-target change (MTC) ANO line  *
  *                      command creates a Change Management     *
  *                      (CM) batch job that does not use        *
  *                      templates from the TU panel section or  *
  *                      utility parameters from the UO panel.   *
  *                      Also, after manually entering           *
  *                      templates, they are included only in    *
  *                      the first change and not the others.    *
  ****************************************************************
  When using ANO to create the MTC analyze job, the panel
  interface does not make it clear that the job does not use the
  templates and utility options from the panels.  It creates a CM
  batch job, but the only way to add template and utility options
  is by manually adding them to the CM batch job. A way to add
  templates and utility options by using the ANO panel would be
  useful.   Also, after entering template data in the CM batch
  job, that template data was used for only the first change and
  not the other changes.
  
  This APAR adds two new options to the ANO panel, ADBPCMTA:
  - "Data set for templates"
  - "Data set for CM batch parms"
  These options allow users to specify a data set that contains
  the template data and another data set that contains other
  CM batch parameters, such as parameters for templates and
  utilities.
  
  The new "Data set for templates" field is applicable only if the
  "Generate templates" field is set to YES. Otherwise, the panel
  will issue a new  error message:
   ADBC023E The Data set for template option can not be used if
  the Generate Templates option is set to NO.
