PH63550: ADD SUPPORT FOR INTELLIMAGIC AND ADDRESS SOME VARIOUS IMS PA CODE ERRORS AS MENTIONED BELOW

Error description

• IMS log reporting is enhanced to generate IMS Transaction Index
  files for use with IBM Z IntelliMagic Vision for z/OS.
  The new IMSPALOG INTELLIMAGIC batch command generates the
  transaction index in the format required for the IntelliMagic
  dashboards for IMS.
  
  Additional errors corrected:
  - ABEND0C4 IPI4PROC csect IPIIPROC at offset x'5810' which is
    also 'x3A8' past label REC35.
  - ABEND0C4 IPIIPROC after label REC0A07 plus x'3EAE'.
  - ABEND0C4 IPI4PROC IPIIPROC after label REC35 plus x'670'.
  - ABEND0C7 IPI4DMGR x'4654'. A workaround for this symptom only
    is to clear the INFLT data sets. IPIFPROC
  - CA01 Record HiLocks value incorrect. Has total of all locks
    instead.
