  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: HDPC issues MSGFABP0035E when the       *
  *                      bitmap is already used but FSEAP is     *
  *                      unformatted in that bitmap block.       *
  ****************************************************************
  * RECOMMENDATION: Apply the maintenance for this APAR.         *
  ****************************************************************
  HD Pointer Checker (HDPC) issues MSGFABP0035E when the bitmap
  is already used but FSEAP is unformatted (X'FFFFFFFF') in that
  bitmap block. However, since IMS team concluded that even such
  databases can be used without issues, HDPC has been modified
  not to report the situation as an error.
  

Problem conclusion

• The following modules have been modified to fix the error:
  - FABPHPSD
  - FABPHSDA
  - FABPPSDA
  - FABPSDA0
