PH63506: OBJECT COMPARE IGNORES LOCKSIZE CHANGE ON LOB TABLESPACE

Error description

• When the user attempts to generate a compare job to change
  LOCKSIZE to a different, but still valid, value on a LOB
  tablespace, Object Compare Tool ignores the change.

  In a compare job where the LOCKSIZE is changed to a valid
  value on a LOB table space, Object Compare fails
  to generate the change and add it to the WSL or CHANGE file.
