  When DFHEIIC's recovery routine is driven it is not traced.
  This APAR adds an *EXC* trace entry of 'AP F383'.

Problem conclusion

• A CICS FFDC *EXC* trace entry 'AP F383' is added to
  indicate that control has entered DFHEIIC's recovery routine.
