Problem summary

  * USERS AFFECTED: All Db2 for z/OS users of MQlistener.        *
  ****************************************************************
  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: The customer only uses datagram         *
  *                      message type in their applications      *
  *                      and requires MQListener to support      *
  *                      sending a reply message to the reply    *
  *                      queue. The name of the reply queue is   *
  *                      specified in the three parameter        *
  *                      stored procedure.                       *
  ****************************************************************
  Currently, it is possible to change the reply queue
  and reply queue manager names via the three parameter
  stored procedure which is invoked by the MQListener if the
  message type is request. But it is not possible to send a
  reply message if the message type is datagram.
  With this enhancement, for datagram message MQlistener
  sends a reply message to the reply queue that name is
  specified in the three parameter stored procedure.

• For the case MQListener gets the datagram message and invokes
  the three parameter stored procedure:
  MQListener passes the message header to the three
  parameter stored procedure in the MSGHEADER parameter.
  The stored procedure gets the message descriptor properties
  from the MSGHEADER parameter and specified the properties
  for the reply queue and reply queue manager in the MSGHEADER
  parameter. The output message in OUTMSG is sent to that
  specified reply queue.
