Error description

• In a TS REORG, an insufficient secondary SPACE allocation can
  occur for the SYSREC DD when a compressed tablespace is included
  with at least one non-compressed tablespace in the same job
  step.
  This PTF will ensure that the SYSREC DD's secondary SPACE
  allocation contains the same value as the primary SPACE
  allocation when a compressed tablespace is included in the job
  step. This provides adequate SPACE for decompression purposes.
