Error description

• When a users tries to update a subsystem, if the stored
  procedure ADBGDDL does not exist, all of the other Db2 Admin
  related objects created during subsystem registration are
  dropped and recreated. This APAR will update logic not to drop
  those other objects in the use case where the stored procedure
  is missing.Release:  UMS 1.2 base and its all maintenance
  releases.
