Error description

• The job build on a RECOVER utility of the Db2 Catalog and
  Directory can result in the "ALL" keyword being generated in the
  LISTDEF - which is invalid for DSNDB01 or DSNDB06 objects.
  This PTF will eliminate the "ALL" keyword from being generated
  in the LISTDEF for a RECOVER utility of the DSNDB01 (Db2
  directory) and DSNDB06 (Db2 catalog) objects.
