PH63265: LIBERTY JVM SERVER FAILS TO ENABLE IN CICS WITH JAVA 17

Error description

• Liberty JVM server fails to enable within CICS when configured
  with Java 17 and the following features:
  servlet-6.0 and cicsts:link-1.0. and cicsts:security-1.0
  
  messages.log shows message:
  CWWKF0047E: The servlet-6.0 and connectorsInboundSecurity-2.0
  features cannot be loaded at the same time.
  

Local fix

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: There is an incompatibility between     *
  *                      Liberty Jakarta EE 10 feature           *
  *                      servlet-6.0, and CICS features          *
  *                      cicsts:link-1.0 and cicsts:security-1.0 *
  *                      which prevents Liberty starting.        *
  ****************************************************************
  When a CICS Liberty JVM server is started with Java 17 and
  with the following Liberty features set in server.xml:
  servlet-6.0 and cicsts:link-1.0 and cicsts:security-1.0
  
  Liberty fails to start with message:
  
  CWWKF0047E: The servlet-6.0 and connectorsInboundSecurity-2.0
   features cannot be loaded at the same time.
  

Problem conclusion

• CICS has been updated to prevent the Liberty feature
  incompatibility.
