Error description

• If the sysplex name is shorter than 8 bytes, either or both of
  the following issues can occur:
  
  - Only one IMS data sharing group is returned in the list of
  discovered subsystems even if other IMS data sharing groups
  exist on the sysplex.
  
  - The UMS super administrator receives the error message
  IZPPL0092E "Specified subsystem 'imsplex_name' is not discovered
  by subsystem discovery" when moving to the "Connections" tab
  page during IMS data sharing group registration.
