PH63220: MAXPARTITIONS IGNORE CAUSES INCORRECT CONVERSION TO UTS

Error description

• When MAXPARTITIONS is ignored and tablespace is converted from
  segmented to PBG, Object Compare incorrectly creates tablespace
  as PBR because PBG cannot be created without changing
  MAXPARTITIONS. Object Compare should issue an error message and
  stop processing in this case.

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Object Compare incorrectly converts a   *
  *                      segmented table space to partition by   *
  *                      growth (PBG) when MAXPARTITIONS is      *
  *                      ignored.                                *
  ****************************************************************
  To convert the table space type to PBG, the MAXPARTITIONS value
  must be changed. But if MAXPARTITIONS is ignored, Object
  Compare will try to keep the value 0 from the target table
  space while converting the table space type to universal table
  space (UTS). This behavior leads to incorrect generation of a
  PBR table space instead of PBG. Object Compare should issue an
  error when conversion is not possible because of the ignore
  specification.
  Object Compare will issue a new error message:
  ADB7414E The ignore on <ignore-field> prevents correct
  tablespace type change.
