Error description

• When performing either a COPY or RECOVER utility of the Db2
  Catalog and Directory tablespaces, the DSNDB06.SYSTSOEV
  tablespace is currently being included in the same COPY/RECOVER
  statement with other DSNDB06 tablespaces.
  
  This PTF ensures that DSNDB06.SYSTSOEV is removed from the
  COPY/RECOVER statement containing the bulk of the CATLG/DIR
  objects and placed in the same COPY/RECOVER statement with the
  DSNDB06.SYSTSUTL tablespace.
