  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Object Compare generates an incorrect   *
  *                      apply job for limit key changes on a    *
  *                      non-UTS partitioned table space. The    *
  *                      apply job fails with SQLCODE = -650, or *
  *                      DROP and CREATE is generated for the    *
  *                      table instead of ALTER statements.      *
  ****************************************************************
  This enhancement improves the way Object Compare applies changes
  to non-UTS partitioned table spaces when new partitions are
  added and existing limit keys are changed.
