• IBM Z Development and Test Environment (ZD&T) 14.2.x
  ADCD RSU 2309
  .
  Older versions of RACF in z/OS automatically folded entered
  passwords to uppercase.
  However, as mixed case was recently supported (i.e. RSU 2309),
  passwords are no longer folded to uppercase. Therefore, as of
  ADCD RSU 2309, the passwords stated in the documentation must be
  
  entered as is (i.e. uppercase). Although the documentation
  references ADCD RSU 2303, ADCD RSU 2309 has since been released
  with no mention of this caveat in the current documentation.

• For ADCD RSU 2309, enter passwords in UPPERCASE, as written in
