Error description

• In IIB/ACE the LocalEnvironment override using
  OutputLocalEnvironment.Destination.HTTP.KeepAlive for
  enabling/disabling the KeepAlive option in the HTTPRequest node
  is not being honored.

  attempting to enable or disable the HTTP keep-alive option in
  the HTTPRequest node using the local environment override.</p>

  PROBLEM DESCRIPTION:
  The LocalEnvironment override using
  OutputLocalEnvironment.Destination.HTTP.KeepAlive for
  enabling/disabling the KeepAlive option in the HTTPRequest node
  is not being honored.
  

Problem conclusion

• The product has been updated to allow enabling or disabling the
  HTTP keep-alive option in the HTTPRequest node through the local
  environment override
  (OutputLocalEnvironment.Destination.HTTP.KeepAlive).
