Error description

• The compile listing page banner prints an incorrect externalized
  name when function-prototype-name-1 is longer than literal-1
  (the externalized name).
  
  For example:
  
  function-id. era12345 as 'ita' is prototype
     gives this compile listing page banner:
  PP 5655-EC6 IBM Enterprise COBOL for z/OS 6.4.0 P240621 ita12345
  Date 08/15/2024 Time 16:55:00
  
  function-id. erb1234 as 'it' is prototype
     gives this compile listing page banner:
