PH62857: ON THE PACKAGE COPY PANEL, THE LASTUSED VALUE QUITE OFTEN DOES NOT MATCH THE CORRECT VALUE

APAR status

Error description

• Customer is doing a KC line command on panel ADB21K to show the
  package copy panel.  The LASTUSED value shown on the panel for
  the rows often does not match the correct value that is shown in
  the ISOLASTU column. The ISOLASTU column is not shown on the
  panel but is created for the panel and can be seen when using
  the '/' line command.

  The LASTUSED column value on panel ADB21K does not always match
  the column value from the Db2 catalog when the user does the
  KC line command to show package copy.
