PH62837: ABEND0C4 AT CEXEXRTR WHEN IMS CEX SECURITY VALIDATION FAILED AND"EXTEND LENGTH OF RSM FOR ERROR INFORMATION" IS ON

Error description

• When IMS Connect Extensions security validation failed and
  "Extend length of RSM for error information" in User Exit panel
  is on, an S0C4 may occur at RSMEXT subroutine in CEXEXRTR,
  because SAFPMSAD macro returns the zero length of number of
  lines.

  When userid authentication failed and the maximun number of
  attempts was exceeded  and "Extend length of RSM for error
  information" in User Exit panel is on, there might occur
  S0C4 abend at RSMEXT subroutine in CEXEXRTR because RACROUTE
  macro returns badly formed WTO plist pointed to by SAFPMSAD.
  

Problem conclusion

• Improve validation code in CEXEXRTR.
