Error description
When IMS Connect Extensions security validation failed and "Extend length of RSM for error information" in User Exit panel is on, an S0C4 may occur at RSMEXT subroutine in CEXEXRTR, because SAFPMSAD macro returns the zero length of number of lines.

Problem conclusion
Improve validation code in CEXEXRTR.
