Problem summary

    * USERS AFFECTED: All Db2 13 for z/OS users.                   *
    ****************************************************************
    * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: This new function APAR will introduce *
    * new IFCID counters that can be used by *
    * the customer to help monitor sort work *
    *                      file usage.                             *
    ****************************************************************
    This new function APAR will introduce new IFCID counters that
    can be used by the customer to help monitor sort work file
    usage. These IFCID 2 fields will help monitor the current and
    highwater mark of both 4K and 32K work file pages used by sort
    in terms of small, medium, and large sorts depending on the
    definition of each along with the total number of 4K and 32K
    work file pages being used at a given time. The definitions of
    small, medium, and large number of work file pages can be
    altered by the customer with a hidden zparm; but the defaults
    at this time for both 4K and 32K pages are <=16 pages (small),
    <= 880 pages (medium), and >880 pages (large). Sort will also
    update the IFCID 96 with the number of 4K and 32K pages that
    were used.
