  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In rare cases, COBOL modules optimized  *
  *                      by the Automatic Binary Optimizer may   *
  *                      incorrectly set a numeric value when    *
  *                      the move is from a non-numeric variable *
  *                      to a numeric variable and said move is  *
  *                      contained under an if statement, even   *
  *                      when the if statement is false. This is *
  *                      caused by an incorrect optimization.    *
