  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: In rare cases, the Automatic Binary     *
  *                      Optimizer may abend with an 0C4 error   *
  *                      during the end of the optimization      *
  *                      process, at the entry point             *
  *                      TR_MessageFrameWork::emit_message(unsig *
  *                      ned int,int,int,int,...). This is       *
  *                      caused by incorrect memory management   *
  *                      freeing an object too early.            *
