Error description

• After doing a start & stop of the private ISO region , IDz
  received an error at restart

Problem conclusion

• If the workspace is currently corrupted due to this issue,
  manually delete the
  com.ibm.debug.pdt.ui.profile.preferences.pref file from <local
  workspace
  directory>\.metadata\.plugins\org.eclipse.core.runtime\.settings
  folder and restart the IDE.
  
  This problem is fixed in versions 16.0.6 and 17.0.0 for the
  following product:
  - IBM Developer for z/OS Enterprise Edition
