  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: 1. After update to z/OS 3.1-KO2I0170U   *
  *                         S0C4 ABEND IN MODULE KO2XVTMG        *
  *                         PERCOLATED TO D5API MODULE KO2ACONB  *
  *                      2. In the classic interface, after      *
  *                         selecting option Z from the main     *
  *                         panel (ZMENU), panel ZRLOG is        *
  *                         listing data sharing members         *
  *                         incorrectly. Showing them as S       *
  *                         (single) instead of M(member).       *
  *                      3. The start trace command receives     *
  *                         FPEV0109I with reason code           *
  *                         00E60816 in OMPE log.                *
  *                      4. Workspace KDPHNLOC shows incorrect   *
  *                         field names: Thread Start Time and   *
  *                         Thread End Time.                     *
  *                      5. Using E3270UI/PE Client interfaces   *
  *                         and try to retrieve data from Event  *
  *                         Exceptions or Periodic exceptions,   *
  *                         you may see CT_ParseStream errors    *
  *                         in the log.                          *
  *                      6. Thread History workspace KDPHISTL    *
  *                         option menu (/) has duplicated       *
  *                         option K.                            *
  *                      7. TEMA -> HTEMS connection failures.   *
  *                      8. After applying UI97779, startup      *
  *                         ABENDS23E, messages KO2Z091E         *
  *                         KO2O1423W may occur, causing         *
  *                         the collector to fail.               *

  5. Logical mistake in code can cause an abend in collector.
  6. Duplicate options in Thread History options menu.
  7. Every 2 minutes KOBUT015I message is displayed.
  8. PE Server tries to DETACH a task that does not exist.
  

Problem conclusion

• 1. Correct XVTS logic for z/OS 3.1
  2. Improve logic to find DSG member information
  3. Ignore reason code 00E60816 because it is not an error.
  4. Fix field names in KDPHNLOC.
  5. Amend code to eliminate logical mistake.
  6. Remove duplicate entry.
  7. Fix this problem.
  8. Correct PE Server start up logic.
