Error description

• When implicit indexes are being altered, merge fails to handle
  certain ALTER IMPLICIT INDEX statements resulting in the
  following error message:
  
  ADB8062E No object row matches the delta row. The row type is
  IP. Reason code is 3.
  
  Merge should properly handle the statements to allow for the
  compare to continue.

  source and target, resulting in error ADB8062E. This behavior
  can cause analyze jobs to fail.

  check the statements to continue processing.
