PH62568: ABEND0C9 IN DFHMQMON AFTER SETTING WLMHEALTH TO 1

Obtain the fix for this APAR.

APAR status

• Closed as program error.

Error description

• The customer did the following :
  
  (1) Cold started a CICS region with WLMHEALTH=(0,100) as a SIT
      override
  (2) Issue CEMT SET WLMHEALTH OPEN ADJUSTMENT(1) INTERVAL(600).
  
  After that they experienced an abend0C9 in DFHMQMON. Log shows :
  
  DFHMN0115I CICS Server z/OS WLM Health percentage is now 1.
  DFHAP0001  An abend (code 0C9/AKEA) has occurred at offset
             X'0000143C' in module DFHMQMON.
  
  If they increase the WMLHEALTH setting to 2 then they no longer
  see the abend
  

Local fix

• Specify WLMHEALTH and MAXTASK such that WLMHEALTH * MAXTASK >=
  50
  

Problem summary

  * PROBLEM DESCRIPTION: Abend 0C9 in DFHMQMON.                  *
  ****************************************************************
  CICS may be started with WLMHEALTH turned off, but then opened
  with a low adjustment value. DFHMQMON attempts to calculate how
  many MQGETs can be accepted in a second. If the MXT value is
  less than 50 this may result in an 0C9 abend.
  

Problem conclusion

• DFHMQMON has been changed to ensure the calculation cannot
  take the divide exception.
