APAR status

Error description

• Code page conversion is disabled for a field in the API
  Toolkit service.properties "Advanced Options..." and the "Omit
  fields with uniform byte values" check box is selected with
  value 0x'00'.
  If low values are passed in that field, the field is not
  omitted.

  Fields specified with "Code page conversion" disabled were
  treated as UTF-8 rather than String data. Only fields defined as
  Strings were omitted. This caused the fields specified with code
  page conversion disabled to incorrectly appear in the response

• z/OS Connect has been changed to honor the "Omit fields with
  uniform byte values" for fields with code page conversion
  disabled.
  
  The fix for this APAR is expected to be delivered by the PTF for
  z/OS Connect EE V3.0.91.0 (PH65316).
